Having myself gone through transformations, both personally and professionally, I believe that by embracing the challenges that come our way, we can all make a difference in our lives and in the lives of others, every single time we share our care, our passions and trust in our strength.
My Story
I am a dreamer and a believer in the growth potential of each and every person.

I am also an experienced and passionate transformational coach, trainer and facilitator determined for the past 6 years to help individuals, teams and groups of leaders make a shift in their mindset and lives and make transformations happen. It’s not coincidental, I myself have gone through many changes, in my career as well as on a personal level and I continue to do so. Forever a learner.

Before this beautiful journey began, with a background in Computer Science, I had spent the first 10 years of my career in different tech roles, the most that I loved and that have brought me to what I am doing, were the leadership roles as Project and People Manager in one of the multi-national IT companies.
​
Wanting to learn more and to develop my abilities has led me to hundreds of hours of coach training with different international coaching programs, to my ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and to working independently with multiple organisations and fellow growth enthusiasts.
​
Looking back, I wouldn’t change the way my path unfolded. This road allows me to reach my dream - to educate through coaching generations of current and future leaders so that they thrive in their roles.

With over 500 hours of team and individual interventions, I have trained and coached aspiring leaders & managers, boards and management teams, software developers, education specialists, teachers as well as sales and hospitality managers.
